i want to know how douching could increase the risk to eptopic pregnancies is it because the douching they are talking about is the one where you insert alot of douch soloutin that can get up to the tubes as we are only douching a little bit to wash  our VJ and cervixs just to wash away the x or y spermies ? There is safe not involving our other parts

My doctor is a fertility specialist....and he recommended the vinegar douche for ttc a girl?  Not sure if I belive her?.....Thanks so much for sharing!

I used a lime douche last cycle, and was incredibly worried about my baby, should one have resulted.  I was almost relieved when I got AF this week, because I'm not going to do the douching anymore.  That being said, a lot of women on this site have done it with no problem, so chances are it's fine.  Plus, studies show that pregnancies that result while using spermicide are not at higher risk for birth defects.

 My OB/GYN assured me that the douching was perfectly safe for me and baby. I trust his word over hers.
