Hi,

I haven't posted in this subforum yet but I am due Oct. 28 and for the last month I have not gained anything.  With my first pregnancy I gained up 'til delivery.

I have gained 42lbs so far and with my first I gained 45lbs ttl so I am pretty close.  Should I be concerned with my lack of weight gain at the end?

I defnitely have an appetite and probably eat worse with this pregnancy than I did with my first--fast foods, milkshakes, you name it because I had no aversions this time around.  I couldn't even stand chicken with my dd1.  This one has been all about meat and seafood and junk food.  So I am surprised with the difference in weight gain.

I think that it's common for weight gain to slow during the last few weeks.  Your total gain is fine, so I'm sure that your doc wouldn't be worried.

I am over 30 weeks pregnant and am 6 pounds below my PRE pregnancy weight.  I am worried but my doc isn't so I'm just going with it.

My doctor is not worried either since my uterine measurements keep going up and I am on track.  With dd1 you could just tell I was pregnant all over-kwim.  This pregnancy has been total opposite of my first so i guess i really should not go too much by the first.

This one has been all belly so I guess whatever I am gaining is going to the baby.  I am petite to start with so I was concerned about uterine growth for the baby but again the doc said that as long as the baby keeps growing my weight gain should not be too much of a concern because I have gained adequately.

Watch the last week I gain 8lbs or something!

GL to you all! Couple of more weeks!!!
