how long it "typically" takes to conceive after a miscarriage? i had a m/c at 9 weeks which was 2 months ago and i'm currently trying again....wanted to know how long i can "expect" it to take :(

I don't know if there is an average time.  For me, I waited one cycle, then went back on clomid and got preggy the next cycle.  Good luck.  i hope that it happens soon for you.

thanks...did you go on clomid for a specific reason (i.e. you don't ovulate) or did you use it to help you get pg quicker?

Supposedly you are more fertile in the months following a m/c.  I hope you are one of the lucky ones who get pg right away!!

I had a m/c in Feb.at 9weeks and I am currently 6weeks prego!!! so about 5months for me but I have to tell you we didn't really try until June. I really needed my broken heart to heal.

I O late in my regular cycles and clomid just moves my O date earlier  (day 16-18) and gets me preggy quickly.

 My first pregnancy ended in m/c at 7 weeks.  I waited until I had one period after the m/c.  Then we tried and got pregnant with DS1 the very next cycle. 

I lost another pregancy in 3/08.  We waited a couple of cycles to try again after that loss.  This is my 4th cycle of trying but we're doing TBM O+12 so I'd expect it to take longer.

 After my 3/08 m/c my O date has gotten later and my LP has gotten longer.  I O about two days later and my LP is 2-3 days longer.  My cycles changed from O on CD 16 with a 26 day cycle to O on CD 18 with about a 30 day cycle.
