I was on Clomid one cycle and conceived. I then lost the pregnancy as a blighted ovum and really want to try Clomid again as it has been a few months with no success and I'm not wanting to wait any longer. BUT I'm a little worried that Clomid may have reacted badly with my eggs/system and that was what caused the blight ovum? HELP!!

    Re: Clomid and miscarriage

I've gotten preggy on clomid three times and miscarried only once.  That's probably normal statistically.  But ask your dr if you are concerned.  I've never read that the rate of miscarraige with clomid is higher.  It's hard after a MC to not worry about everything.  I tried to not repeat anything that I did with my mc pregnancy.  But so far this pregnancy has been healthy.  Good luck HM.  Hope that you get your BFP soon.

I just don't know what else to do as the Vitex just isn't doing it! I know it may take longer, but I am not that patient! I think I will have to give Clomid another go as it could have been a total fluke and I don't know how much longer I can take waiting.

m/c is usually just a random crappy luck of the draw. I have 2 beautiful boys thanks to clomid. I had 1 m/c with clomid, and 1 without clomid. I don't think it had anything to do with the meds, just really bad luck. I'm so sorry for your loss. ((HUGS))
