    BBT and IVF

I just recently did PGD/IVF in an effort to have a son.  Do any of you think that BBT (basal body temperature) would follow the same "rule of thumb" after IVF as it would otherwise?  My second was a BBT baby and after looking at her chart, this morning I took my temp and it was a little higher than it was at "this time" when I was pregnant with her.  Trust me, I am totally aware that I am really going out on a limb here, but I was just curious because I am such a big fan of BBT, if the same temperature rules would apply if you achieve pregnancy through IVF....thoughts anyone??  Embarrassed

Thank you!  Sure enough, after tracking my temp for several days and seeing the continual rise, I am indeed pregnant!  I'm telling you, having her chart to look back on has been a tremendous help for me even though I did IVF.  Keep your charts ladies!
