There is varying advice. In the olden days, before scans were widespread, mums were asked to wait for a couple of cycles to allow easier dating. Some doctors also advise waiting if you have "psychological issues". Finally, where there is the possibility of a molar pregnancy, (very unlikely if you saw a baby on your scan) waiting until there is a -ve pregnancy test (may take a couple of weeks even normally), is a good plan.
However, there is no good reason not to try now if you feel ready to go for it. In fact, you are probably more fertile now than at any other recent time, as there is a "burst" of increased fertility in the weeks directly after a miscarriage. FWIW the conception rate is skewed more towards producing girl babies.
The advice we were given last week (in the UK) was to try as soon as we felt able to - there was no good reason to either not have sex or to not go for another conception if we felt ready for that.
Hope all goes well for you, and best wishes.
