Hi ladies! I just posted this in the ttc forum and wanted to post the question here too. We decided that my dh will get a V-reversal and we will do Ericsson to ttc a son as next step. This is the only affordable option for us because we won't be able to adopt for another 2-3 years so we can pay off our IVF debt first. My question is this: doing Ericsson my dh's sperm count needs to be at least 80,000,000 after his reversal so what are some ways he can boost his count? Is there a really good multi he can take (I'd rather buy just one bottle than many bottles of seperate vitamins). I want to get him started now, even though his reversal won't be until October; I've read that it takes sperm 75 days to mature so I know starting now will help. He had really good #'s before his Vas. but who knows how he'll be after his reversal
. Also, how can I get myself ready for Ericsson? I'm going through a m/c right now and I want to be really fertile and boost my chances of ttc a boy by the time we are ready to do the cycle. The nurse told me that it can take my dh up to 1 year to build up to 80 mil!! There is no way I can wait that long so I want us to do all we can now so that after his surgery he'll have as many as possible when he gets tested 2 weeks after his reversal. Thanks everyone!
