Idea [I] An important advice from Urobiologics

You know, I have been approaching urobiologics for about two years to use their services. My problem is low pregnancy rate in our family.

Yesterday I contacted once again for some tip to conceive and here is what I got. I thought it should be worth everyone to read and benefit, so here it goes:

...... "There is a thing named 'detoxification'. There are companies who charge thousands for this but  I'll give you free. Our eating and activity pattern over the life, accumulates a lot of unwanted toxicants in the body, and we don't know. They can be easily removed with water. Women who dehydrate themselves have lot of other problems because something is inhibiting natural processes, including movement of eggs and sperms and hence fertilization. Any kind of douching or mineral supplements is not going to help if your body is not tuned properly. Coke and other drinks are taken by the body as food first, so this myth should be entirely forgotten that we are consuming water.

So my first advice to you would be to consume a lot of water, at least 3 glasses full, first thing in the morning, without any cookie or bread slice. Postpone consuming any solid food for as long as you can pull by supplementing with juices, fruits or tea till about 10 or 11am. Avoid coffee. You will feel the difference. Keep this practice for as many years as you wish. I am confident you will report pregnancy within 3-4 months.

Once you get there, as a bonus to our valued fan like you, we will offer you a totally free post-conception test."

What do you all think? I feel it was generous of them. Even my physician whom I have seen at least 200 times, didn't advise anything like this. All they offer is a bill.

Those who know, they helped us a lot about info on FDA laws when Acugen was throwing their garbage on women here. Who knows better than Melissa30, are you there?

Re: An important advice from Urobiologics

Please be careful with this company.  They are very friendly and helpful but not as accurate as they claim.  They recently predicted a female baby and said they were esentially 100% positive of the result.  At my ultrasound I found out they were 100% wrong.  I am in the process of mailing them my ultraosund picture to obtain a refund and have my results posted on the scoreboard.  I am thrilled they were wrong since I already have 2 girls but in the process they have caused me a lot of stress.

    Ang,

That's sad to learn. It would be good to know your scoreboard code so that all of us may know they are true to their word or not. I doubt if they would refund just based on ultrasound report?

Anyway, today was my first day of their proposed 'water therapy'.
Boy, I feel a lot lighter than usual. I am going to bathroom a lot, am more hungry, light headed and want to smile. I think there is some truth to it.

Also, I saw a discussion about female testosterone and its effect on gender on this board. Urob have been saying this since long but nobody cares. A while ago there was a statement on their precon website saying something like 'scientists would listen to us 20 years from now'. Is that coming true? Anyone used their precon services? I would love to go for it, but conception is a big problem with me.

    Hang'n there Ang!

Re: An important advice from Urobiologics

I  also got "girl" results when taking this test. I am now only 14 weeks pregnant, so I have not had an ultrasound to determine the gender. I took the TMPOB test at exactly 8 weeks. I am just wondering when you took the test and if you know if the results are more accurate the further along you are. I have two girls and would love to have a little boy, so I am glad to see that they do make mistakes at predicting girls too. Don't get me wrong...the thought of another girl also gets me very excited (tickles me pink), but we would love to welcome a little guy to our family!!!

What did your ultrasound say..was it a boy or girl?

Urob seems convincing but there has been many inaccurate results too. They claim to do the test in early first trimester. What was your TMPOB result?
