I have felt the babies moving since 16 weeks, but I can't tell if I feel one or two.  I am paranoid that I am only feeling one and something happened to the other one.

I always feel the babies/baby move on the left side.  Sometimes down low near the pelvis and others up higer nearer to the belly button.  I never have felt them move on the right!  This is what concerns me.

I go for my 20 week u/s on Friday, so I will know then if everything is ok.  The wait is killing me.

    Hello,

I'm 30 weeks with twins and I always feel more movement on the left than the right. The boy is left and vertex and the girl is breech and I believe turned inward towards my body. I'm not sure how to differentiate between some of the movements, but I get sonograms every week and the tech said they are both fine. Godd Luck with everything.

Thanks.  The one I feel moving more is also vertex.  I believe the u/s tech said that the breech baby's placenta was anterior.  I thought that might be why I don't feel her as much.

I'm just now 16 weeks but I feel B more than A.. Baby Boy is at the top of my uterus and I feel him kicking and rolling often.. I dont feel  baby girl often though. Ultrasounds show he's squishing her so maybe she's just not assertive enough!

    Good Luck!
