You are at the point where I really had to slow down. I mean to the point of self-inflicted bedrest. I was so uncomfy. It helps to stay off your feet as much as possible. I bought a grabber arm thing to pick stuff up off the floor. I started using the motorized carts at the stores, then had groceries delivered when it got too hard to push the cart. When I was hospitalized for PE at 32 weeks I actually felt a lot better. I realized that a lot of my aches and pains were from moving and standing too much. When I was discharged, I stayed home in the recliner most of the day. I also bought some really loose pants to wear. That helped with the tight feeling. Take baths, etc. I would roll over onto my hand and knees in our bath tub and let my tummy sway in the water. I never did get to a pool but I've heard that helps too. GL! You are almost there.
