Hello there doctor,

I have three boys, 12, 9 and 1,5 years old and my husband and I have decided to use MS to try for a girl next year.

I'm 34  years old and got pregnant the second month I tried all three times.

If I understand right there's been some recent changes to the access to MS ? I have been reading about waiting lists... 

When should we apply ? And how long are the waiting lists ? I'm turning 35 this december and obviously don't want to wait too long to get started...

For somebody in my case would you advise MS+IUI or MS+PGD+IVF ?  How much would we increase the chances of getting pregnant if we chose the latter ?  The pricetag isn't exacly the same

Should probably add that I live in Switzerland so coming to see you is a little more complicated.
