Baby day is September 30th!

Hey ladies, I just got home from my almost 30 week appt and my induction date will be Sept. 30th.  I'm excited.  The tricky part is that my OB is going to be on vacation and I'll have to settle with having another dr deliver.  Ohh well.  It was either that or wait until Oct 9th which would be too late.

Baby was head down, measuring 33 weeks and very fiesty! 

Yay!  It's great to have a date and glad to here she is fiesty!

Thanks M!  It feels good to  have a date narrowed down.  Never had one before.

And yes, I don't think I'm capable of having a girl who isn't fiesty.

Awww...my dd will be celebrating her first birthday while you are giving birth to YOUR dd!

Aww lucky you knowing when your baby is going to come (or about then...hoping you have an easy short labor :p)

 Hope you get a good OB, do you know the others in your OBs practice?

Kristen, it's such a treat for me to have a set date.  Last two were totally natural timing, but both came at 38 weeks.  I'm sure now that I have everything planned I'll deliver two days earlier and be rushing to get to the hospital in time.  My labors are very short and dr doesn't think that induction will slow them down at all so I think it's safe to imagine the 30th as birthday....but there is always the unexpected.  The dr on call on the 30th is pretty nice.  My second choice I guess.  I know them all because they make you rotate during your 2nd trimester so that you meet all of the oncall drs.  I love mine own dr the best, but don't want to risk waiting another 10 days for her to be on call.  It's the beauty of a large Atlanta area practice.....lots of drs.

I love september birthdays because mine is the 7th and all of my closest friends have sept days too.
