DC2 - You were lean boy, DH was all boy

DC3 - You were lean girl on the 6th/all girl on the 25, DH was boy on the 6th/Boy on the 25th

DC4 - You were Boy/lean boy, DH was girl

You can figure out future biorhythms for free by going to cycletourist.com, then click on biorhythms, fill in DOB and what month/year you want to look at.

Look at the emotional line(red) and the physical line(blue). Find your next expected date of ovulation. For a girl, you want the emotional line above the median(horizontal) line, while your physical line is below the median line. This equals ALL girl. For a boy, it's opposite.

If both emotional and physical lines run together BELOW the median line, that's "lean girl." If both lines run together ABOVE, that's lean boy.

Oh, just ignore the intellectual(green) line, all you need is the emotional and physical. HTH...GL!!!

Thank you so much. That was very helpful. I will be busy checking my next O date(s) as today is CD3 and I need to keep busy before any attempt. I was scared to try August because Chinagold (where all 4 of my boys are right) had August as a boy month for me, yes I know it is just for fun but sometimes the superstition plays with my mind. I just want a little girl and I want it to all line up for me. According to cycletourist I am leaning girl and DH is leaning boy for August, so maybe a little lime and water before and after will counteract him leaning boy.

my date of birth is 22/3/1975 and my dh is 17/10/1975

 Karasita ~ Thanks for your post - I never knew the intelligence line didn't matter. I thought that was maybe part of what made it 'lean' or 'full'.

how reliable do you think biorythms are ? do you think they are just another factor of swaying or a major part in the sway,

I'm really not sure how reliable they are and a lot of people think they're just an OWT. Biorhythms are just our natural acidic and/or alkaline cycles. I can tell you, when I'm in girl energy(which is rare), I have way, way less EWCM...some women who temp/chart notice their temps to be higher in girl energy, while in boy, their temps are lower...same with ph...lower ph in girl, higher ph in boy...coincidence? I don't know. After reading my biorhythm chart from past conceptions, it was correct for me. Remember, nothing is 100%, but I don't think applying biorhythms to other sway factors would hurt at all. GL to all you fabulous ladies!

You're welcome sunnyjb! I'm like you...superstitious about everything! My problem is, I hardly ever o in girl energy. Seriously, since Feb., I've been in all girl energy twice and lean girl once....grrr.... I did get pregnant while in lean girl back in April, but miscarried at 5 wks.. heartbreaking, because I felt like I lost my princess. Though, that may have only been wishful thinking...who knows?

 Maybe to counteract your DH, you could have him drink some CL if his ph is high. I would also take a sudafed before DTD. GL on your attempt and getting your pink bean!!!

Hi ladies, I'm interested in all of this biorythm stuff, I worked mine out for my 3 dd's and they are as follows:

DD#1 - DW-Lean girl    DH-Lean girl   (not sure of O date, but had blood test really early in pg, and it showed I was 1 wk pg, so I'm going off that for O date)

DD#2 DW-girl/neut    DH-Boy (also not sure of O date, just guessing from D1 of period based on 28 day cycle)

DD#3  DW-Boy    DH-lean girl - I know when I O'd with this one.

Mine seem to be a little all over the place, and now I'm worried as I was in Boy energy and DH was in lean girl, same as dd#3, aahhhh!!!

One thing I wanted to ask, I read somewhere else on this site that higher pre O temps indicate a stronger Boy cycle and lower pre O temps indicate a stronger Girl cycle, but a few posts up someone mentioned it as being the opposite.  I hoping not as the cycle we ttc my pre O temps were higher than normal....................I'm hanging on to anything right now lol!!!

As I understand it, higher pre-o temps = girl, while lower pre-o temps = boy. I could be wrong, though. GL!

Also keep in mind that there are seasonal fluctuations in BBT. Temps are typically lower in summer months. 

 This was 100% correct for me!!
