He everyone! 

Here's my gentle swaying attempt.

Vitex for two months straight prior.  O+12 and missionary position.  No BIG O   Also jump and dump and lots of praying.  

Not a great attempt but I think the Vitex and O+12 made the difference. 

Intelligender results:  Girl three times!

US result at 18 weeks one day:  Girl

And a few questions:

1. Did you do O+12 with abstinence and how long? Or it was frequent release, or ???

2. What did you do to pinpoint O+12?

3. Did you use any supplements at all (other than Vitex) or you chnaged your diet in any way?

I did them at 8 10 and 12 weeks and they all were clearly girl results.

Still don't know if it's a scam but it worked for me!

1.  I did  O+12 with abstinence for three days. 

2.  I pinpointed ovulation by my cervical mucous and ovulation pain, nothing else.

3.  I only used Vitex which I purchased from GNC online.  I did not change my diet in any way.

Congratulations!  I love hearing stories like yours - it gives me hope! 

Amazing! We've been using Shettle's method, but since I discovered this site I'm dying to try O+12!  My DH is not happy about abstaining for 7 days so it's nice to hear that even with less days the method's still effective. Congrats on your little girl!!
