Do kids really "know" the gender....

So my belly has been poking out for a few weeks and I told ds3 he has to be careful b/c "mommy has a baby in my belly".  Ds3 just turned 3 in June tells me it's a girl baby,  When he told me that I think I have asked almost everyday will mommy have a girl baby or a boy baby......(not trying persuade him) he has never said a boy baby.  I dont really want to get excited but it's kind of hard not to.  I did have a dream that I was looking at an U/S picture and it was boy but I looked at the date and it was for ds4 and I said oh it's not a boy...........I dont know what to think,  I'm happy either way b/c I really dont think dh and I can produce a girl lol!

I wish my kids knew, but I have the older 2 brainwashed that it's a girl, even before we got pg. I said we have to have a little girl!  So now they won't even say "he" when they talk about the baby.  I need to find an unbiased kid!

When i first told DD1 that i was pregnant she immediately was telling everyone that her baby brother was on his way... i would constantly tell her that it could be another sister but her reply would be " I already have a sister so now i need a brother...I dont want another sister"...so i had alot of pressure Tongue Tied....

But thankfully she was right or else she might of had GD Happy

3 of my kids guessed for the next sib and all 3 were right on! I just found out today this is a boy and ds was right from the beginning. He even said something about thinking there was another baby in my belly 3 days b4 my bfp! The u/s tech commented on young kids being very accurate.

my dd1 told me when I was first pregnant that this baby was a boy and that she was sad because she wanted a sister because she loves her sister so much.

My boys each are guessing something different.  My oldest is convinced we're having a boy, my youngest says it's a girl. LOL

My little boy (who is 2 and a half) has been convinced from the start this baby is a girl.  I on the other hand am convinced its a boy so we will have to wait and see who is right!
