    **Notice how almost all of the incorrect results are just prior to 20 weeks (let alone 10???) and they all give a false M reading and the result is G.

    thanks for posting that! so does this mean they are now accountable? wish i knew about patent law! im suprised its so accurate after 24 weeks, but of course its not in intelligenders best business  interests  most women can find out wayyy before 24 weeks...Happy Wink

    I haven't read this report.  But no one holds the accuracy of any of these tests accountable; not the FTC nor the FDA; regardless of what they may say in a patent document.  And gaining a patent does NOT mean that a product actually works, it only means that the product is UNIQUE.  There are patents for perpetual motion and cures for AIDS.
