Here's a new one Intelligender...Anyone use this one?

Hi girls,

I did the test at 18wks and it says im having a girl. Im pretty sure its a girl too.
Im due in august so i wont know until then.

Not sure if I read it in this thread or not already--but I used it last March and it said I was having a BOY--but I had a wonderful baby girl!!  THe results were messed up due to me using progesterone.  I wrote Intelligender and they told me that they are getting false boy readings when women have used progesterone. 

hi! i did the intelligender test & it say its a boy so i was curios & i did a ultrasound 3D and it a girl this thing do not work and if you call them they never answer the phone thats odd..............

Hi! this is my first time posting.  Due sept 08 and recently tried this test.  It came back inconclusive as neither I nor my husband could interpret the results properly.  green = boy orange= girl.  Sounds easy but ours looked green under the boy side of the label and looked slightly orangey under the girl side.  We already have two girls so i don't know if he was just getting his hopes up or not but when i e-mailed the company, they are sending me another test so they must be pretty confident in it.  We aren't going to find out anyway til Sept!!!!

I too did the test 3 times. I did it one at ten weeks and it said girl, I was over the moon because I have two boys. I found it hard to believe so I did it again at 12 weeks and it still said girl, I then book myself in for a scan with Mr Penman in kent at 12 1/2 weeks and he said that he was 90% sure it was a boy.

I then emailed intelligender and the said they would send me another one, so I did do it again at 14 weeks and still says girl. So right now I am really confused and have my 20 week scan booked for the 19/9/08.

 I am sure I will know then but Mr Penman was really convinced what to think ladies.

Just an update, I had my baby girl in July so the test was right. and so was the ultrasound.

Although you were early at 12 1/2 weeks, I'd go with Dr. Penman's assessment ANYDAY over the intelligender.  Ultrasound is accurate, not intelligender.  It's unfortunate that so many of us have wasted our money (including myself).   Intelligender is nothing more than a PH test.  You're getting girl results based on the PH of your urine...not the DNA of your baby.  It's for fun...and a TOTAL SCAM.    My intelligender said boy and I'm having a girl. 

Check out this thread below- someone took several tests getting both girl AND boy results.  Someone even had a friend take the test, she got a boy result, and she wasn't even pregnant!

I am disgusted this test is even still on the market.  It's a total waste of money and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.  Those who got correct results happened to have urine with the right PH.  A complete coincidence.

I am convinced Mr penman is right but still had a bit of hope. i do believe I am having a boy do to the fact my tummy is the same as with the other two boys, I think your right that it is a scam and people take it as gold when they get their results.

Hi gals, I actually read about this intelligender test and decided to give it a try when I was 13 weeks...I did it just for fun! It came out as a definite GIRL result---had my 20 week scan and the tech said 100% GIRL, so it worked for me. But, they do have a 50/50 chance of it being right, so, who knows. I also emailed the company to see exactly what they were testing in the urine to determine gender and the response I got back was that they tested hormone levels?!?!?! I was not sure about that. In any case, it's a kinda fun way to pass the time while you wait for that 20 week U/S!

 i too am waiting for my intellegender to arrive. mayb 2morrow. i know i'm a little late on this subject, but i'm new. i will also let u all know what color my instructions are and my results. this is actually my first time blogging.not that good at it yet. still learning.

I am 15wks 6d and just did the test this morning.
It said GIRL, which I'm kind of hoping for!
My u/s is in 2wks.

I took 2 test one at 10 weeks and one at 12 weeks both said Boy!!! I am having a Boy

i did the test three times and all three said girl then it came to the scan which said i was having a boy so it didn't work for me. Hope it works for all you girls

well im going to take one Sunday, i am taking it early so my hopes arent up, and ill probably try it when im a bit more further along. so who knows, but im still excited=)

i know how you feel the excitment of knowing but don't be too disheartened if it doesn't turn out to be correct. I hope you get what you want and good luck
