    ericson for a girl??

Has anyone used ericson for a girl, and had  side effects from the clomid? I am thinking of trying clomid for a girl, but i do not have trouble with fertility or ovulating. I am scared that I really don't need it, and could have some problems.  Also has anyone here had girls on clomid?

I did Ericsson for a girl and I used the clomid, no problems with the clomid, but I had my 5th son instead of my 1st DD!!!!

wow.....that's amazing a fifth son that i am sure you love and wouldn't trade for the world, but did they give you the statistics when you went in? I am not sure that I am going to try ericcson, I have not heard many positive things.  Did you try the supplements and the diet as well?

    Re: ericson for a girl??

No I didn't do any supplements, and I was quoted 78% success for girls, but the more I read the more it comes out to be 50%.

Of course I love him to death, but it was rough after the u/s, can't lie there, had really deep GD.  But I wouldn't trade him for the world!!!!

    Good Luck sweetie!!!!!

I also agree with AngelMae here, as I did E for a girl as well. No problems with Clomid, and I have a lovely brother for my son!

    Hello!

I am planning on TTC in August or Sept.  I am swaying for a DD too.  I am praying ALOT, using clomid, cranberry, ca, mag, and trying to avoid high potasssium food and sodium.  I have not picked my method and was glad to hear your post/replies on spinning.  Lets keep in touch and try to share info!

Yes, lets keep in touch, is you doctor putting you on clomid  ?  I don't know if I can get mine to do that??  I hope it's ok to use it, I am not having trouble conceiving..... I guess the chances of having twins are low...

Wow I'm a littl eslow getting back to you, sorry.  Yes my Dr is putting me on Clomid.  I concieve fine but have had problems with my progesterone and have misscarried, the Clomid helps with that.  The twin rate is 2-8%, I'd LOVE twins!!  What are you planning to do?

    Re: ericson for a girl??

I have 5 boys so I know I didn't have any real fertility issues.

We tried 3 cycles of the ericson but I didn't get pregnant. As for the clomid I didn't have any bad side affects other than my DH said I was moody. But I think it was out of the fear it wasn't going to work.
