Children's Home Society & Family Services is recruiting families. I highlighted the sentence below 
"On July 4, 2008, the CHSFS Russia Program will have been accredited for one year. It's been steady progress ever since we became the first U.S. adoption agency to be accredited by Russia on that date. In the last quarter of 2007 we had 25 placements and now, as we approach the halfway mark of 2008, we have had 32 more children adopted.
We are currently need more adoptive parents for these children who need families. In the up-again, down-again world of international adoption, Russia is looking quite stable. Our accreditation by Russia is non-expiring, and the process has come to be if not entirely predictable, then quite nicely manageable. Families who are open to gender and children age 2 and up can expect a very short wait (0-3 months) for a referral in our program. Once a child is referred, the placement can take place in 3 to 5 months.
We are currently active in 7 regions, and have been asked to start activity in other regions as well. Please consider Russia - there are many children that need your love and your home.
