he is getting so old!!! i think we are beyond diapers!!! which is great! but it is sad at the same time he is not my baby anymore... or maybe he is just not my little baby anymore??? his hiney looks so cute in his undies though

How cute!  He is growing up so fast!  I bet he is super excited to be in his big boy pants.

for some reason the undies dont thrill him the way they thrill me!!! LOL!!! i am totally pushing the PT thing on him... the boy would be happy marinating in his own filth for years to come if i didnt LOL!!!

he is enjoying the candy and cake (left over from his b-day) that he gets as treats when he does use the potty though LOL!!!

 Yay!!!!! Their little butts do look so much cuter in underwear than a bulky diaper! lol No padding left for when he falls down though. lol

I wish my youngest boy would use the potty. He has used it before but only when he wants to. He has no problem peeing on my floor when I put him in underwear.

so far so good! he pooped in the potty this morning... with only a few tears (two months ago when i MADE him poop on potty for the first time you would have thought i had ax murdered his favorite teddy bear)  and he is very good at holding his pee.

we'll see... i know there will be set backs... definitely not out of the woods yet... but we've got a good start

He's almost 3, so I think you won't have too many mistakes if you catch him first. ie, pee pee dance, grabbing his penis, sometimes dance and grabbing (that's when you have to get him to toilet ASAP!!). 

To make it fun for him, have you tried taking him to the store so he could pick out his own underware?  We told son that if he did a whole week with no mistakes (except for maybe 1 poop accident), that we would take him to the store and he could pick out his own undies.  At that time he picked Bob the Builder.  After that first week we didn't worry, and he never had an accident.  My DS1 was 2 yrs 9 months at the time.

LOL - ds2 has some undies that have "Calvin Klein" on the waistband and it IS so cute!  He's like a mini CK model!

Another LOL - a friend (who has a daughter) came & watched our boys for us one night.  She told me that she couldn't get ds2 to go get a new pair of "panties" when he had an accident.  She thought he must not know where I kept them...until I reminded her that boys do not call their underwear "PANTIES"!

So glad it's going well!  I remember when Caleb started wearing undies... I thought his little undie hiney was so adorable that I don't think I actually put clothes on him for like 2 days and took a million pics!!!  I still snap pics of his undie hiney... they're just so CUTE!!!!
