Hi to all , n thanks so much for all the help u girls have given me with ur studies n research.. i was planning to ttc this August but since i was so regular with the diet n supps so i thought hey why not this month since i've already been on the diet n supps off n on from March.

Here's my attempt. Pls pray i conceive this month ..it's getting too much for me now..i know some of u r far more patient than i am but i don't think i have it in me to do a repeat session of all this again

My supplements:

Folic acid 800, flax seed oil 1000, vit E 400iu, potassium 99mg, zinc 50 mg, l-arginine 500, robittisum liquid 2 tsp 3 times a dayiron sometimes.

dh supplements:

zinc 50, folic acid, l-arginine, vit E, potassium, robittusum

I started having ewcm on tuesday which would be cd12 for my cycle. I was going to ovulate on friday. I have a pretty regular cylce btw. wednesday no ewcm but cramping n feeling weird n exhausted. Was supposed to bd in morning of thursday but didnt feel up to it. Wednesday had bs bath, put dh in bs bath n bs drink i think i had 3times in the day where as gave it to dh twice. diet was no dairy at all, potatoes mostly, meat, lemon water lots of it, green tea twice a day, bananas, pineapple, grapefruit n tomato juices.

Thursday i was feeling exhausted in morn, had iron liquid, bananas, cereal.

Bs drink 3 times a day

dh abstinence 2.5 days

One hr prior to attempt had bs drink again,robitussum, had real egg whites ready on bathroom counter, did bsf.

Put dh in cold bs bath for ten minutes gave him bs drink, then made extra strong coffee for him..while he drank coffee did bsf again..loads of ewcm, didnt feel the need for real egg whites.. O'd twice, rear entry then O again after dh release (TMI) stayed in tht position for with legs up in the air for 30 minutes , went to washroom , then again kept hips propped up for 1 hr...hmm guess tht's abt it . oh dh wearing boxers only n icing occasionally!

Do u think it was ok enough attempt ,, should i have one more attempt tonite since it was O time today afternoon? i just don't want a bfn this time Thanks so much again

hi all, just found out the gender at 18 weeks tht its a girl...n the lady doing the ultrasound was sure of it...:( also i found out tht i hav a cyst in my right ovary tht needs to be surgically removed right away...maybe cos of hormonal imbalance or GOD's way of testing me..:(pls pray for me...

Thanks so much for everything!!!!!!!  AF was supposed to arrive on 27th but never came....got a bfp finally yesterday!!! i really owe it to all of u girls n IG specially REDCIN....May God bless us alll...now just for wishing n praying it's blue...though it doesnt really matter nemore...being pregnant is a real special feeling ..it does have it's downsides with nausea n constipation bugging me already...

just one more thing I'd like to add tht if ne of u r trying the boy diet, timing on O n all n still not concieving there's just one thing u should particularly add is VIT E...i think it really helps..:)
