I tracked my cycle for 7 plus months with my Cue II fertility monitor.  I knew the month that I tried, I wanted a cut off. 

I did not take supplements.  The only diet I was eating at the time was low calorie and lots of lean cusines.  I was trying to drop weight (so what else is new??).  I always eat a lot of dairy...love milk!

I only bd 3 times that cycle.  On cycle days 7, 9 and the last day was day 11.  I Oed on day 13. 

We bd in the missionary postion and no big O for me. 

I was on Z pak that month for a sinus infection...LOL

Twins5boysinall, I can't believe you are awake long enough at night to BD.... Even you jojogirl!!! You guys put people like me to shame. This is not the first post I've read about how much sex other people are having!!!!!! It aint' me, that's all I have to say. This baby thing has put me RIGHT OUT OF COMMISSION!!!! I wish I could get that drive back again.... Maybe one day when we're out of this baby stage I'm hoping.

By the way, my DS2 sounds much like your girl attempt. DS2 was my shettles opposite, we bd'd on CD 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11 and i had probably a 3/4 day cut off I'm guessing. Maybe the cut off was a little too much, I can't believe I got pregnant, it was the first month we tried.

I'd be scared to do a cut off next time.

Did you love your Cue II monitor? Do you think it would help greatly a possible 0+ 12 attempt?

Yes...you can do a 0+12 with the monitor.  You would wait until O was confirmed and then count 6-12 hours depending on when you take your readings. 

My ph is always at 4 though too...and I think it was when I conceived dd.  Maybe your ph was high when you conceived your son.  You are supposed to keep it low until you O.  Honestly I didn't know any of that when I tried for dd.  I think my ph is just naturally low now....I think it went low after ds#2.  As a matter of fact, if other girls didn't post pics of their ph stirps, I would think ph was a joke.  I have always gotten the same result...wether I am before O during O and after O...it never budges....great for me I guess

Do you happen to know what your husband's semen pH was when you conceived DD?

1st off - congratulations.

I am new to the boards.  I will be TTC a girl starting in Aug.  I have 2 wonderful boys, but I hope my 3rd & final child will bring some pink into the house.  I plan on using the Cue II monitor as well.  I have  long cycles w/ O happening anywhere between cycle day 20 - 30 & tried taking my temp & charting, but it never made since to me. 

I was hoping for a cut off day of 4 (at least start from there)  I am confused about how the monitor works.  If it says fertile day 4 does that mean I should stop having sex @ that point?  If no pregnancy go to day 3 & so on...

Did you use the vaginal sensor w/ the monitor?  I guess it tells you that O has happened.

Any advice would be great.  I plan on taking a few supps & taking out & adding a few things to my diet.  I was also thinking about getting the PH strips.

I would need you to post your numbers from beginning to end to see what you are saying.  Also you can call zetek and get their opinion.  I still call them when stumped.

I know I skipped a lot, but even when i get my O pains, my numbers don't match up

Do you normally have such long cycles??  The first month, I'm sure you missed your surge.  I do see some peaks in there...like day 15...so it entirely possible that was a true peak...but without earlier readings (you are supposed to start on day 2) it would be really hard to make a prediction.  Based on this cycle, I would have to say day 15 was your vaginal LOW and then you did have a confirmed high the next day and even higher the next so I would predict you Oed on day 17.  All those readings past then would just let me know your progesterone was high enough to keep readings going high.  You really shouldn't keep testing once you O because you will get numbers all over the place.

The second month...I can't even venture a guess...LOL...not consistant enough readings.  It might line up, but you have to remember to take them everyday otherwise you can't get a good indication of what is going on.  I mean, it's possible day 8 was a cue peak but without 2 consecutive readings I can't say 100%.  Day 8 would put you at day 15 to O which is entirely possible with that high vaginal but I would need the reading the day before and the day after to confirm.

Sorry I know this is no help...you really need to make sure you test everyday to get accurate interpretations.  If anything, it can tell you if you are having anovulatory cycles.

Well, it was a crazy month june....but i do have more numbers for july now...and tons of ewcm!  the last few days..i have never had so much!  but ff still says it shows no O date, confused. 

As far as my "normal" cycles...well, I had my son 8/06, in 9/06 i got on depo and stopped 11/07 and got my first period around 4/08 then got my period 5/08, i pretty  much have my period around the same time each month.

on the 2nd month, did you mean day 8-july 8th or???  oral was 177 on day 14, and 171oral and 452vag on day 15, day 16-192 oral(no vag)--this day my temp went from 96.9 to 97.2 and the orals(except todays)/vags have all been lower than previous one(171/452 from day 15), but again I have had major ewcm since day 17(sunday) thru today, but no lh surge...so really confused..I would think the ewcm would be a good indicator if miss readings plus O pain.

 yeah, why does it matter if you start on day 2 or 4 since you're not O'g anyway?  For some dumb reason I thought it was day 4...also, do you start counting your cycle from 1st day of bloodflow or brownish on toilet paper....sorry tmi...I get that color like the night before and the period doesn't come til like the next afternoon and i  use tampons and they get just a little color the 1st day, not really blood...so when do I cuont the first day and last day (same thing)...same question for FF, bec. I noticed when I put "spotting" on FF it doesn't count it as your period and it messes up my calendar.

I meant what ever day you put as 8 and then the number.  I don't know what day that was for you.  I was assuming you meant that was day 8 of your cycle.

Looking at your new numbers since your last post, I really need the vaginal on day 16 and you don't have that.  So I can't tell you for sure what is going on.  If you are having symptoms then I would be optimistic, but unfortunately I have had EWCM and pains and still not Oed.  FF also had not given me crosshairs when I was absolutely positive I Oed.  As a matter of fact it was this cycle.  That is why I don't know if I Oed on day 17 or 20 through FF.  My Cue confirmed it on day 17 so I am going based on that.  I trust that more then FF anyway.

  It is so important, because you can have an early cue peak and miss it.  If you do and your planning a cut off for instance you will be off.  I do get a cue peak on day 3 sometimes and I get one a lot on day 4!  So it can and will happen.  It is just better to do it this way.

You count day 1 as the FIRST day of heavy flow where you need to use a tampon or pad.  Spotting doesn't count.

it just means a cycle where you really don't O.  You would know by not showing a consistant pattern both with your Cue or FF.  If both are not showing you positively that you are in fact Oing...you probably aren't.

what are crosshairs?  I read it on ff, but don't know what they are.  oh today, i had a major low vag-172, i don't htink ive had one that low in the last 2mths since i used vag sensor.  the lowest ive ever had was day 15 from last cycle and it was 188.  do you think that means something...maybe my vag high will come soon?
