So, Anna calls me today from the TMPOB lab to tell me that they ran my new sample THREE times and all times, it came up boy again.  I was told boy, after 3 runs, 2 weeks prior as well.  Too early for them to tell via u/s, so am I still 50/50 or do you think, because they ran it 3 times, with 2 different samples, that I can expect a boy?  I feel like I already know via u/s, for sure, it's a boy (just the way I feel about the results of this test).  However, she even admitted to me that it's possible that the test is picking up fetal fragments from my previous male pregnancy.  Isn't that weird that she'd admit that straight out??  Anyway, any hope??  TIA.

  Yeah!  They ran mine a few times too....like 3 I believe....still came up boy...and I had a girl:)

 

Some say that TMPOB is just a scam. They were wrong for me too!!!! Told me m baby was a boy and U/S said baby is all girl :) There is really no way to tell if you are having a boy or a girl just from a pin prick of blood. I do not believe in that test at all. Hope your baby is the gender you wanted :)

Yes this is just a scam! Ignore it!! Dont let it drive you crazy like it has so many women!

they did mine 3 times wi 3 different samples the first 2 said girl and the last said boy ..... This test is terrible please don't put any faith in it .... What did ur us say ???? xxx

It's just so annoying how puzzled she sounded on the phone.  I told them I had a CVS done and it came back girl (I used the opposite to see what they'd say).  So, that's when she came up with the fetal DNA from previous pregnancies, which I know because I've read the articles.   just can't shake that it's certain for me but if it were anyone else, I'd say to ignore the test too! lol.  Anyway, no u/s yet.  I'm too early for a gender scan.  A few more weeks but I just may not found out now, on account of this stupid test!  I want to just think what they said is correct and pretend I know until birth.  Crazy, huh?  All because of this test that I should never have participated in!!!  Thank you.  Any others PLEASE share!!!!! 

I gave 2 samples, and both said boy......and they swore there was no contamination.  However, I gave birth to my princess in April, after having two boys.  I'm in the process of hopefully getting my money back.  Doing this test was a huge mistake on my part.......I wish I would have read all these comments before buying it.  They guess it about as good as you.  I hope all works out for you!!!!!!!

I've heard this so many times on here.  It would seem to me that if they're using this excuse all the time, maybe they should only be selling this test to women who have NEVER been pg. before-----but I have a feeling, they would still get it wrong at least 1/2 the time!!!!  I've never done the test and after hearing so many bad things about them, I would never, ever spend my money on this.  GL at the u/s--that's the one test you can almost believe! 

Had my results back yesterday first lot they said were contaminated.

2nd lot she said boy, but then said it could be contaminated although the paper part of the card had no male DNA. So she reckons 95% accurrate on a boy !

 I already have two boys and as i know this will be my last was really hoping for a girl

My husband really dosent want another boy so its now put a lot of strain on us......
