O pain questions??

  I was wondering what your O pains were like and if they varied cycle to cycle.  I had +opk yesterday morning and am having cramps on the left side.  Just curious to see how everyone's O pains differ.

I always get sharp stabbing pains on my left side and stomach cramps about 2 days befor O until after. I always O between cd14-16 the same every month.

That is exactly how I'm feeling right now.  We bd'd last night about 10 hours after +opk and am now trying to figure out exactly what my cutoff will be since I'm not quite sure when I ovulate (hours wise).  TWW stinks--how to think of something else is my next workable delimma.

My O pain is awful.  There is no mistaking my O at all.  I get a sharp twinge of something...pain, pressure...can't really describe and the the whole rest of the day I feel just crappy.  Lower abdominal pain with nausea.  I usually have to use a heating pad to feel better or take a hot bath.  There has never been any question in my mind what day I Oed.  It was definitely June 2nd with this baby and my Cue II had predicted it too.  I guess I had a edge with that.  So I knew in the end that I had approx. a 2.5 day cut off.  But....ya never really know what hour that egg met the sperm so it could have been just a little bit longer.

Your post sounds like me last week. I don't have an Ovacue or anything like that so I am relying on the OPK and my O pains. I felt the pains for a couple of days (I swear I felt them on both sides) and then when they stopped I assumed I had just ovulated. That is what I am going to go by... a positive OPK (with the assumption that I will O 24-36 hours after) and the pains. I wish I could pinpoint it better but I will be sticking with the cheapie OPK's!

I've always have a series of crampy, bloaty days before O.  I figure most of it is just the uterus thickening up.  But on the WORST day of cramps with the MOST ewcm I'm always pretty sure that I'm O-ing because the day after that I've got no cramps and snotty cm.
