question about intelligender

hey ladies. I just purchased the intelligender and took it yesterday morning, lucky me..it fizzed out of the bottle and on to my bathroom counter. even after I put the tape back on and everything. So needless to say it didn't work, and now I'm wondering if I can at least get another one free of charge. the problem is I call the company and they always seem to be closed. I'v emailed them and no response. Obviously I feel kinda dumb wasting my time with this anyway...but you know how long 20 weeks can take. Have any of you had any problems? and are they really as accurate as they claim to be? thanks ...

Somewhere there is a thread about Intelligender....my opinoin only, of course, but from what I've read here and on other forums, you have just as good a chance of asking some yahoo off the street what the gender of your baby is and them being right as you do with Intelligender accurately predicting your baby's gender.

I know that 20 week wait is agonizing but if it were me, even if Intelligender told me the gender I was hoping for, I'd doubt it anyway until the ultrasound so I really wouldn't be gaining anything, KWIM?

They will eventually respond to your email.  They will send you a new test for free ( u still have to pay shipping), they have been so nice to many  people who asked for a new test.  I ordered a test, it was sort of an in-between color, so I emailed and told them.  She did not even ask for a picture of the test or anything.  Just stay cool, email them again & I'm sure they will send you another just as they did me
