that is GREAT!!! i can honestly say that i dont have the nerve to even try a pair of my old jeans.... i know i wouldnt be able to ge tthem up past the knee!!! LOL
my gf who is a personal trainer is going to start coming to my house onece a week on sundays... i hope that will give me the motivation to get moving. that and i will start stroller strides once i feel the flu season is mostly over!
