Alot of people had me doubting this test after I got my resultswhich were girl at 10 weeks 3 days, my ultrasound confirmed at 14 weeks she's all girl!!! I am very satisfied with this test. I honestly belive the incorrect boy results is from lingering Fetal DNA from the mothers prior children which most of the time happens to be boys so that would explain why they pick up male Fetal DNA on their test. Ialso had 3 prior boys but it's been 6 years since I was pregnant last and there is no way fetal DNA is sticking around that long.

i am not sure what test you are talking about ~ but i did the BGM test at 7 weeks along and they told me girl ~ i was carrying a boy.  they retested and said they stuck by their claim of girl.  well mr. zachary trey is all boy.  there were 8 years between my two boys.

these DNA tests are big ol' crock in my opinon.  they just happened to "guess" yours right is how i look at it.

my cousin took the BGM test with me and they told her boy and got hers right.  but they INSISTED zach was a girl.  even after i sent them the most clearest penis shot ever from my 4-D ultrasound.

Thank you, and it was the Tell Me Pink Or Blue Blood Gender test. I know some people have had bad experiences and some have had good. I'm glad mine was good because I don't think I could have handled the emotional roller coaster some ladies have been on and I understand thier anger.

I too took the TMPOB. I was told a girl. They said they found small amounts of Y but was not enough there to be a boy. I sent them two emails askinh why there would be ANY Y at all. They told me not to worry and they had run my test 3 times and offered me a retest. After that I researched about Male Fetal DNA remaining in a mothers blood and how long can it stay there etc. I found out that male DNA from pregnancies can stay in the motheres system forever. It was from a study done in 2005. The test found that they think to much of the Male DNA can wreak havoc on a women in her later years with a couple of illnesses (Ican't remember which ones) but also that the Male DNA can help fight disease and sickness. I googled how long does fetal dna stay in the blood so if anyone wants to take a look because I cant remember where I looked. I looked at heaps of them.

Anyway basically what im saying is that the Y can be detected but it might not mean you are having a boy. I only found out that TMPOB was a scam after I took it. I will not retest.
