wow so it is possible to have a girl after 3 boys lol. We are expecting our 4th baby (gender unknown at the moment) and so many people keep telling me that 'i can't carry girls' and 'that my misscarage the other year must have been because i was carrying a girl'. I wish these people would keep there comments to themselves because although it would make a nice change to buy pink i'm just glad my baby looks healthy. Does everyone else on here have to deal with people saying things like this? and if you do, then do you have any good reply's i can pinch? lol. Congratulations to all of you who are expecting! :)
congrats to all, and appologies for my last post appearing over and over again-not sure what i did there!
we tend to have people saying we need to even things up a bit and asking/telling our daughter how lovely it would be if it's a girl (she's already been disappointed twice, her oldest little brother was too close in age for her to worry!) i don't have any good replies just end up saying that i'm used to willys now so another one won't be too different although of course a girl would make my daughters dreams come true! am so nervous about finding out am seriously thinking i may go down the 'please write it and put it in an envelope' road so i can look when/if i feel ready but haven't missed the opporttunity so i don't kick myself later on in the pregancy....just have to hope we get a simpathetic sonographer.
