When I had my first two babies, I was in my early 20's and everything, er, "bounced back up", so to speak.

Then I had Caden at age 37 and there ain't NOTHIN bouncing back up!!!

I work at a private school around a lot of well-off mommies, and most of the "mature mamas" have had "baby booby jobs".   Would you do it if you had the money?  HAVE you done it?  Just curious...I think my DH would rush me to the surgeon immediately if we had the money, LOL!  I am going to have to breastfeed forever just to keep them inflated...

Hi,

If we won the Lottery I'd have loads done!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My DH is really anti plastic surgery but I think it's great! Definately want some sneaky Botox when I reach 40!!

Luckily I've never breastfeed so my boobys are still ok..... but my stretch marks on my belly !! Oh dear!! Didn't get a single one with DS1 but  with my twins, my left side is covered!! They were over 7lbs each by 38 weeks!! So...... I think my tum just gave up! I'd love a tummy tuck!

Actually my DH still loves my stomach & says he loves my stretchmarks cos I grew his babies in there!!...... doesn't stop him eyeing up the sexy 18 year olds though!!!!

I know quite a few women who have had surgery & I beleive that everyone has a right to a bit of help if they want it !!!!!!! PS... I'm 37 this year too!

Before kids, there was no way I would consider any sort of surgery.  Now......without the blink of an eye.

I would do it in an instant. Before kids I had B cup breasts, perky and great I loved them. Then when pg they grew to DD and then to E when breastfeeding, after bf they stayed at a D. Way to big and heavy for my liking and everyone says they're great, but hell no I cant wear a string bikini any more as I get headaches from the string at the back of my neck. I would gladly get mine sucked out and a smaller perky pair put ther instead. I would also go a tummt tuck, but would never have lipo, know to many people that have had it and they are just covered in ripples (looks terrible).

I dont know if you girls follow australian cup sizes. Smallest is A, B, C, D, DD, E, anything bigger than an E and it's custom made.

I am ABSOLUTELY TERRIFIED of going under general anesthesia.

I certainly don't hold it aginst anyone for wanting plastic surgery or getting it done, but it's just not for me. The thought of someone cutting into me and/or placing a foreign object in my body FREAKS me out. I just can't get over the idea of something going wrong during or after.

Absolutely!!! I definitely plan on getting some nice firm ones after I am finished having kids.  Nursing 2 (hopefully 3) kids has certainly taken a toll on my ladies.

What are these? I don't want an enlargement but I would consider something that inflates them a little!

Absolutely!!  Mine seem to have gotten smaller after nursing each kid.  I'm definitely getting some implants when I'm done having kids.  But I wouldn't get a tummy tuck or lipo--a little too scary for me.

I certainly don't judge anyone who has the inclination or money to alter their body according to the dictates of fashion (my sister's had a boob job and it definitely made her feel more confident as a person) but personally, I think it's kind of gross. It offends me that we all are made to feel like we need to endanger our lives, our pocket books, and our egos to be beautiful. I wish we could all be proud of our bodies for doing the awesome things that they do and that we could feel proud and sexy with our slightly saggin wagons! Seriously, though, plastic surgery for people who are not utterly deformed has always seemed like such a cultural sickness. But heck, maybe when I'm 40 I'll want it too!

From what I understand, it is mostly a "lift", with sometimes a slight "inflation".

As for being proud of our bodies the way they are, I say AMEN to that!  I wish I were a better person and COULD be proud!  But I'm not so noble...more like vain, LOL!

Heck yeah! I'm actually seriously considering plastic surgery on boobs and tummy after this (my last) baby is born and at least 12 months old. No augmentations though just lift and nip/tuck.

I don't want any implants that would feel weird but I could see doing something that gives the girls a lift. Plus they aren't permanent.  You have to have them removed or replaced every 10 years.  I'd also worry with my families history of breast cancer.  I don't want anything in there to hinder detection.

I will seriously consider a tummy tuck though after I deliver and lose a bit of weight.
