Welcome, oh elderly ones!  I am your forum leader, and Maureen is making me a badge so that EVERYONE can know I am an old lady...LOL!

And now, to get us started:  Everyone told me that as an "older" parent, I would have more patience. I have found that to be a big fat lie as in, "I am TOO OLD to deal with this ______________ (fill in the blank with "endless crying" "stinky diapers" "temper tantrums for no reason", etc)."  What about ya'll?

It's true i'm old[:'(] 

I'm too old to deal with no sleep.  Funny you know b/c when I was in my 20's I could go out back to back night after night on little to no sleep, yet having a newborn has to be the toughest.  Not sure if that has anything to do with age come to think of it, I think all newborn mum's are in the same boat.

I second that comment about the lack of sleep.  Kate is killing me here!  I'm 39 and need all the beauty rest I can get!
