I had my dating scan at 7 weeks a few weeks ago. Radiographer didn't
pickup the heartbeat very well after zooming in and told me I would not
be able to hear it until next time but told me my baby was looking
healthy and that the other blob was the yolk sac. I showed the pic to my
midwife & doctor who suggested the other 'yolk sac' was in fact a
twin. Now that I look a bit harder the other blob looks like it might
have a face. But could be just trying to see things now that my midwife
put the idea in my head. I will wait out til my next scan. What do you
guys think? And if it a 2nd baby do you think it is viable as it looks
less developed then the other blob? Thanks for your feedback.
