I did read some research that licorice is lowing you testosterone! Is that true? Should I eat some licorice (with ni sugar) while I´m doing girl diet?
Also wanted to ask some other foods:
What about onion? Could I but that in my salad?
White bean? What about that?
Soy?
What about deep fry-fish?
Is there any others fruits of berries or vegetables that I should not eat than, tomato, banana and potato?
