Ok so first, what kind of microscope would be a good one that I could check and see if the sperm are still alive after putting lime in? Is there one that works but doesn't cost too much? Does TBM give you more of a chance of conceiving a girl? I am trying to decide if I should do the TBM or not...opinions please!! I want to start trying on my next cycle!
