With the Ramzi theory a girl would have the placenta on the left. A vaginal ultrasound shows it correctly, so that if it looks like the placenta is on the left, it is. An abdominal ultrasound shows it in reverse. So if it looks like it's on the LEFT it's actually on the right. I'm no expert on figuring out what's what in an ultrasound photo, but to me that looks like the placenta on the left, and you say it's a vaginal ultrasound shot, so I'd guess that it's a girl. The ultrasound needs to have been done between 6-8 weeks. After that things shift around too much to tell.
