Absenence and sway

I just swayed blue. Dh was supposed to hold out for 2-6 days, but turns out I Oed and it was only 1 day. I Feel like I screwed up my sway! (earlier I thought it was 2, but nope. 1. Grrr)

I have read else where that it is really only males with sperm issues that this lower sperm count within 48hrs applies to. I think 24 hours in a healthy male is sufficient to replenish sperm count. Two of my sisters recently had boys and were both desperatly trying every day to fall pregnant. On both of my attempts I worried for days following due to the image of a 'perfect' sway I had in my head. Now I realize I did what was in my control althougth not perfect it was my best.
