I just wanted to say that I am part of a family that is
G B G
So, my mom had me first, then my brother... She could have stopped there and had a PP, but she did have one more that was a G. Just thought the fact that she had G B would be a little more encouragement for you!

Not to downplay any of your emotions at the ultrasound, but I would give my left arm to experience the emotions and excitement that your husband experienced at that appointment. Please keep us informed on your pregnancy journey. I hope that you are doing well, too.
Natalie Gayle is here (7-6-11) She is amazing, but I wish I could have broken the girl "streak" for our families (last male was born 23 years ago).
Possibly TTC boy again in 2013, but saving for adoption. The baby Jensen T. account!

I remember some time ago you replied to me on here as I had noticed what was in YOUR siggy!!-about your Jensen account!! . Hope that's going well!!. I too feel the same way, my dream family is just 1 . I have this illness and currently have no children but will probalay adopt so I don't know what people think of my siggy!! ha ha. They're a lovely lot on here though . I cry a lot over my dream especially with my illness being as it is. But I try and stay strong.....and think one day our dream may just come true!.
for me one day (via adoption) if I can get my operation in New York and it's successfull!!...NEVER giving up!

I notice siggies and since my u/s have started paying attention to families more while we're out. Of course, I don't find them encouraging anymore as my ideal was BBG.

I know there are more, and I'm not dissing anyone else's familes. Period. I just find seeing the "proof" that we could still have a boy after a girl to maybe push us to possibly try again.

My DH did state that he thought our second was another DD. I think he did, like you, want a boy the first go around but to be honest. Once she was born--that went away and it was okay with girl #2. he was delighted that our second was a boy, although he would never admit it. Even I couldn't believe HE was a BOY because I too, thought we would have DD#2. They say if you have a turtle in the room (not alive of course) you will have a boy. Old wives tale, indeed! But that was the extent of our swaying. Sad....Yes...True...Yes....
