 I'm really sorry that you haven't got a girl on board.  He looks adoreable in the scan.  Your older boys are gorgeous, they look so loving.  This little man is really lucky to have them as brothers.  Good luck with the naming - don't be afraid to choose a name you love even if it seems others don't love it too right now.  Others will learn to love it when they see how well it fits your son.

Dreaming, I'm so sorry that you didn't hear pink:(( I was convinced you'd get your girl, especially after your dreams. I too am convinced that I'm caring boy no.4, I'll see my reaction when he's born as I couldn't bear find out now. GL to you for the near future and also wanted to say that you sure make cute boys:)))))

He will be the perfect addition to the gang! I truly think GD will lessen as they grow up! I know couples with three sons (now grown) and none have shown a hint of disappointment to not having a girl. I think as your children show more of their personality and the cute baby stage where boys and girls are differentiated by the cutesy clothes is the hardest bit (for me personally anyway). I know it is not the little girl you hoped for but he will be perfect.

Oh Dreaming I'm sorry you didn't hear girl but you know what, these ladies are right, this little boy you're cooking is going to be an amazing addition to your family and even though right now it's hard I know he will fit right in. How wonderful that he will be so close in age to your DS3, actually probably not that great for you, they may get into some mischief!

You are such an amazing, strong mummy. Never say never. You may get your girl one day but for now you will have those amazing little boys to love

I'm hardly on in-gender and post very rarely but I just wanted to respond to this because I've been exactly where you are. I was convinced I was having a girl when pregnant with number 4. But nope, when I found out it was actually son number 4, I was absolutely devastated. The depression lasted months and months, I was SO angry. My heart ached and ached for a daughter. It took a lot of prayer and time to get over it and look forward to my son's arrival. Choosing a name I loved really really helped loads. I never thought I'd be able to choose ANOTHER boy's name, but we did and it helped me to bond. It sounds silly to say because I already had 3 amazing boys, but I can tell you now that when my little guy arrived and I got to know him, it was as if God knew exactly what I wanted and needed. He was everything I wanted in a baby. Everything! The issues that I had with my others in their first year just weren't there at all. He was an absolute dream. It was as if he somehow chose to be the best behaved and most adorable baby in the world just so I wouldn't be disappointed in him. I felt so so so guilty that I had once wanted him to be a girl. Really, who cares what's between the legs?? We've been blessed with 4 amazing children!! A massive congratulations to you, having 4 boys is SOOO freaking special, you wait and see xx

 I don't come on here a lot anymore, but I just had to post...because I had my fingers crossed so hard for you!! I really do believe he is meant to be...I know that may be hard to cope with now, but once you meet him (and I know you are a deeply loving woman!) you will fall head over heels for your newest man. And thanks for sharing such awesome pics of your other boys...they are all so gorgeous!! And little Kody is so dang adorable I just want to grab his toes in that picture! :)  I know you will come to love another son, because you love your boys so much, and I realize the hardest part of this is going to be moving away from the dream of a daughter. Hugs hun...no rush, don't feel embarrassed to experience any of those emotions you're having, it's good to get it out and then you can move on.

What an absolutely gorgeous family you have, those boys sure are heart breakers :D... You and hubby have made lovely little men, and I absolutley LOVE the way the personalities are shining through in your older 2, wot a cracking bunch of lads!! Then it seems like all the names I do like, either someone has that name already or nobody else likes it..

I'm sorry you didn't hear girl and hopefully just the one soft marker turns out to be nothing. I was really hoping you'd get your surprise daughter. 

 My boys are Kyler and Corbin and I'm having the same feelings about naming this one. I can't find anything I love. 

 

I'm so sorry you didn't hear girl. I'm only on my 3rd Boy, but I too was pretty devastated. I was hoping and praying that I would get another chance at raising a daughter. And I thought this was it. I have another Son from a previous relationship. So my husband says No more Children on his end. I'm honestly not sure if that will change or not...but it's so disheartening. To Put the Thought of ever having a Daughter away. That's the hardest part about this whole thing..accepting that. But of course, the only thing that really matters in the end is that baby is healthy. I really hope your little guy is perfect! And I believe he will be. I've heard this is pretty common and usually clears up on it's own. And I have to say, I agree with the others when they say your Boys are adorable. Take all the time you need to sort this all out.  Dreaming, I am so happy because it seems like you are starting to feel a bit better about it all....As far as names..UGh i know what you mean lol...with all the boys we already have I didnt have much to choose on and apparently me and DH do not have same taste in boy names like we do in girl names lol..I acutally wanted something different like drake or pheonix or something that didnt say hey 9 million others has this name lol....he liked the normal boy names....so was very hard..we finnaly agreed on one though and for a bit it was depressing me more than anything that we couldnt get a name together....it was still depressing at first because felt like we were settling for a name for "him" and werent excited about it at all but the names has grown on me so much that I am already in love with a little boy just as much as a little girl...but II have a feeling that il prob cry again when I hear officially its a boy...which I think im going too..but the name was def the hardest for me...everyone hated the names i loved lol..and all the names we both liked fam and friends already had...or we didnt like any lol....its so much easier to thnk of a name of the sex you always wanted lol. I had no probs naming my last two boys....and about your three lines...i hear you...my last baby we kept surprise from ourselves..was a first for both of us...a wonderful annoying nutty experience lol..and everything was perfect even when it was a boy that popped out....it wasnt until I opened the baby box and saw all purple and pink ( family knew what we were having but we didnt)...it stung for a sec but then I looked at him already named and so adorable and i didnt care....i think about it time from time...i often wonder if it was his twin i lost that was the girl and thats why they thought girl....which saddens me a little..but anyways...i am happy to hear your not crying as much and your slowly accepting it...Your  more than welcome to any of my names lol i got plenty to go around lol...here few i liked...I loved Aiden..but dh hated lol....asher/ash william christopher matthew seth xander which was supposed to my last baby boy his full name alexander...no one ever called him xander tho so hes an alex.:( always wanted a xander lol....i have a thaddeus skylar james llogen hehe:)so ya have at lol if like any of them and good luck! i know how you feel lol we are naming this one Isaac Owen if it is indeed a boy....

 By looking at your picture of one of your sweet boys, you do make beautiful little men. Congrats on your little man. He will be as gorgeous as your others. I was hoping you would hear girl--I've been following your posts.
