Hi Tamara.....hoping you can help me out here......am very close to ov and had a ph around 5, but it is going up and I can't keep it down. I tried fingertip rephresh and it continued to climb. Them I used the entire applicator accidentally when trying to use just half. Why does the guide say to not use entire applicator??? After the entire applicator I dropped from 6.8 to a 6. Any suggestions on how I can get down to 4.5? The cranberry seems to help me, but you're supposed to stop that at o. Hoping you have some advice.......thanks!!!!!

Hi Tamara.....sorry I somehow missed your reply........my diet is pretty good. I eat one or teo Greek yogurts each day and a few granola bars that are low sod. I eat plain pasta with a little Parmesan cheese and some veggies. No potatoes, no red meat, very low salt. Drinking RO water and trying to do some cl too. I'm wondering if the magnesium or calcium is keeping my ph too high?

Tamara

well for some people it can take up to 12 weeks for diet to work.  if it has been more than 12 weeks then maybe you need to look at the blood tpe diet and see what foods aren't working for you
