COuld someone please tell me exactly how to use this.
My ph is pretty good usually but DH is not so I know I use some before but not sure how much or how long before. Also do I use after? If so how, when and how much.
I am going to test what it does to my ph but not sure how long to wait before retesting. My digital oh broke and i only have a few tests at the moment so want to get this right.
