Hi Tamara,

My DH started making this shake below and I was wondering if the ingredients listed below are safe for me/him to TTC a girl

what is your thought? can we drink this every day while we work out? 

1 cup juice
1/2 bananas or 3/4 cup berries -  He uses strawberry instead of bananas (it has too much potassium)
2 tablespoons whey powder
2 tablespoons ground flax seeds
1 tablespoon psyllium husks (ground)
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon wheat germ
fish oil, 600 mg (optional)
1/2 cup plain fat-free yogurt (optional, any flavour)
3 ice cubes (optional)

What kind of juice?

whey raises pH
2 tablespoons ground flax seeds

drop the flax- raises pH
1 tablespoon psyllium husks (ground)

this raises pH.. drop it


1 tablespoon chia seeds

I don't know what china seeds are
1 tablespoon wheat germ

this is ok
fish oil, 600 mg (optional)

fish oil this sways boy
1/2 cup plain fat-free yogurt (optional, any flavour)

use greek
3 ice cubes (optional)
