20 week scan tomorrow, techs last input? Although I think we all know boy lol

 Hockey, if it was done at a hospital Id be 99% comfortable with their guess but from day 1 this lady just didnt seem very clued up, and seemed to get us in and out asap even though we paid for 3d bonding type scan so wonder if she is in it for the money you know.

 

Typically my 20week scan is FRIDAY 13th of April lol!!

 

If Id have seen 3 lines on the potty then I would really doubt her guess but seeing as I cant I reckon it must have just been that the penis was out of view for some reason and that bright white line is just something in the way being even more of a pain lol

Based on your nub shot I would definitely say BOY but that potty shot tells me nothing.

 Thats my thinking Crystal, but what she showed me as the penis at the end seemed so big I can't see how it could be hidden lol.

Fingers crossed it was cord she showed me lol, but I know that is the most un-likeliest thing to happen especially by the nub pics. Can dream a little though lol

Chocolate, I know exactly how you feel. I went to one of those places 2 weeks ago, for a gender scan and to catch a glimpse of our little one again, and on the form I filled out before I went in it states that "as this centre is not run by medically trained techs there are no gender guarantees
"...I couldnt help but wonder what they were doing there then?? Our tech pointed out our sons testes, but couldnt detect a penis, and said she was pretty confident bub was a boy- I wasnt sure what "pretty confident" ment..... But I walked away thinking, well either we have a boy, or we will be having a suprise, either way- YAY FOR US:) Maybe we just arent ment to know 100% with this one:)  Good luck with it all....

 Well Ive learnt you def. get more for your money with trained techs lol. 

 

Sounds like yours is a boy, but she would have prefered to have seen the penis as well to feel 100% but Id be wondering too if in your shoes incase it was swollen labia.

Mine printed out pics of her choice without even asking what type etc. I wanted first. And both times I asked for a full body side shot and she said it was in the wrong position yet the nhs 12 week one was fine the week before!

 

Def. going to a trained tech for a proper medical one at 26 weeks, not taking risks on an extra £50 for that

I dont see any gender clues in ur pics. You could have seen the cord. In my opinion if its the cord ull see the white lines with it sticking out. I would go to another place if she doesnt know what shes doing. Good luck.

 I cant really remember much about the part that was said as boy, it wasnt like a zoomed out potty shot, it was more of a close up of quite a large thing, Ive seen pictures of boys where it did look this big, but close up. With my others I saw scrotal sack and penis from a distance in potty shot where as this was close up of just the penis looking thing.

 

Just wondered what that bright white line is accross the botom/genital area of the picture I posted on here of the potty shot?

Choc, i had a gender scan done at one of those private places and i wasnt very impressed with how we were treated. Also not very confident in our tech. My potty shot looks scarily similar to urs but i was told girl!. Baby was very uncooperative and had her legs crossed the whole time. Tech took a quick snapsot and announced it was a girl. The pic she went by also has the horizontal white line where the gender clues should be. I have anatomy scan this wednesday so will be interesting to see. If u want me to put my gender pic up here just let me know xo

Based on your nub shot I would guess boy, I'm 50/50 on your potty shot. Good luck!

 Aussie lets hope the techs were wrong for both of us lol, Im presuming you were hoping to hear boy? If so then if your potty shot is the same as mine there is a very good chance it could have been hiding. All along Ive though this was a boy, just wish she had never said 'I cant see anything poking out from the potty shot' as it has kinda given me a tiny bit of hope, although before she confirmed boy she did say 'if I had to bet my life on it, Id say boy' so she must have had a glimpse of something at some point.

 

Love to see you pic, I really wish Id have just asked and paid for that final boy confirmation shot, so cross I didnt. 

I can't tell anything definitive from your potty shot.  Based on your nub shots, though, I'd say 99% chance of blue.

yeah we were hoping for some blue :) fingers crossed for some pink for u!!

 Well I have my anomolly scan tomorrow, Firday 13th of all days! Im going to go and baby will be all healthy, and then they will say girl and everyone has been wrong he he! 

Will update tomorrow to see if everyone has been right all along :-)
