I'm trying to follow the diet plan as strictly as possible but was hoping to get some ideas for meals .. The Boy Cookbook is great however as a vegeterian (who also doesnt eat fish or eggs) im having difficulty finding options for three meals a day. I am also working full time so have to prepare my lunch and take it with me which doesnt help!
Have resorted to fruit for breakfast (banana, peach, pear). Salad for lunch mainly consisting of lettece/tomatos/celery. dinner either some form of potato with carrots and some other veggies with another salad . or pasta with tomato sauce. snacks potato chips/dried apricots/oranges.
Im also taking supplements and drinking lemon/bs water.
Does anyone know the effect of Porridge oats (made in water) too?
Any help would be appreciated.. I will be ttc in April
