Just wondering....would it be better to put EW on top of the final sample in the Instead cup as well as putting some on your cervix???
you can do that, but its not needed
Also, we seem to have trouble with our EW sinking. We are now using smaller test tubes 11.5 X 76mm, with better results. I find that it is perfectly separated before we put it in the incubator, but once we pull it out, the sample is slightly mixed with cylcone patterns. When I look at it under the microscope, I can still see the Super X's in the first layer and the straight swimmers in the secondish layer, but the layer between the sperm and the EW is not clearly defined. Should I try using mesh with a bigger test tube???
bigger test tube your ew may sink. dont use the layer before it touches the seperm, only use ew
Also, does anyone know if there any better photos of a successful sort other than the ones in the experiment photos???
there is a thread with a bunch of pics
