moon zodiac sign - for attempt or ovualtion

 I am trying for a girl. Would I want the zodiac sign to be female for my bd attempt or for my day of ovulation??

So, if my attempt is on a day when the moon is on a female zodiac sign (2-3 days before ovulation) - but my actual day of ovulation falls on a male sign....am I still swaying girl because my attempt was during a female moon?

It's when conception takes place. I O'd in a FEMALE moon sign and didn't realize the time change for that day. Well, it changed to a MALE moon sign early the next morning ( I O'd late the night before)   and here I am, pregnant with DS3!

It doesn't matter when you have sex, it matters when CONCEPTION takes place.

 But when did you bd for your 3rd?  Was is the day of ovulation or the day before?  Did you use any other sway factors or just relay on the moon?

I agree, it is defnitely the moment of conception (when the sperm meets the egg) that is important. It is a personal decision whether to include all the other things as well such as timing, etc. One way to include both is to check OPKs leading up to O. When you get a +ve OPK, check what moon sign you will be in when you are likely to O (for me it seems to be 30hrs later, but different for everyone). Then you can decide to BD then and still have up to a 2 day cut off, or to BD right through O.

It also helps you see if you are likely to O close to a change of moon signs. If you are due to move into the opposite gender when you O it might be worth skipping that month as you need to allow a bit of time for conception to actually occur. GL with it all. It is not exactly easy, but if you keep charting your cycle for a while you are likely to see some patterns.

Ok so please help me out here. I O'ed on 10 nov, DTD 11nov at 1am. The moon was in Taurus until about 9 pm 11 nov where it than turned to a boy sign. When could conception have taken place. Please help if you can. Thanks

Perla, I tend to think you would have conceived in the Taurus girl moon. What time of day on the 10th did you O? The egg only lasts up to 24hours, so by 9pm on the 11th I imagine the egg would have been passed its best. More likely that you would have conceived soon after you BD. FX for you.
