Hi, I am planning to try EGS MSU for boy. Can you pls. tell me how many hours after +ve reading in OPK should I insert the IC cup?

I have read several people say to insert IC within 12 hours of first +opk. Also by checking your Cm and when it looks like eggwhites. HTH
