So how is everyone making their gelatin drink? Are you just mixing it with water? Last night I added my Knox to some pureed peaches and added a little Stevia in. I've gotta say, it's going to be hard to drink this 3X's/day! LOL! But I thought it might be better than just plain. Anybody else have any suggestions?
I'm not using any fruit juices because I'm insulin ressistant and am doing the diet to the best of my ability and making sure I get all my mineral intake good, just not going off on the carbs so that I'll actually o. Peaches are lower carb but also high potassium.
