Lol I know I'm probably being silly but I hear stories of how girls pop out boys. It happened to my cuz. I just wanted to see it again so I can quit worrying. And yes they are gonna look at my next appt in 4 weeks.
I totally feel the same way about my own u/s @ 16wks! I keep thinking boy parts may pop out. But everyone here on IG seems confident that ours is a girl, and this tech really took her time and told us 99.9% girl, and my pics look similar to yours! Tech kept saying a penis would have been spotted in the whole 40 mins she spent with us, LOL. Also, even though I am still new to all this, from all the obsessing over "wrong gender" ultrasounds I've done these past few weeks, I think seeing the three lines on a boy are different than the three lines on a girl. The boy lines tend to be larger, and stick out from the body, but the girl lines are smaller and stay flat against the body, if that makes sense. Just like the ones seen on your pic! :)
