CT I can see what the ladies are saying! That looks like girl parts more in the shade and bright umbilical cord! I have every finger in this house x'ed for you xxxxx Have you posted this for the techs?????

I agree, the supposedly boy part looks like cord. Did they do a doppler to see where the cord is? That would be such a shocker. I really hope this is your girl xxx

I'm so hoping what I see is the cord, it really is a bad shot of the genital region - not conclusive for a gender guess really so my fingers are crossed for girl!!   Hopefully you update with good news!

that doesn't look like any of my boy u/s's!  Especially with those lines!  I think what you have is a tech error.  Update when you can have another u/s!

IT does look like a boy to me. Scrotum and penis. I am searching your picture for things to make me think it could possibly be anything but a boy. So...faint hope clause--the one leg is femur (the one on the bottom of the pic) and leg on the top of the screen is lower leg (tibia-fibula). Baby has a leg folded up under itself. Once--only once---I saw a baby have a leg folded up underneath, and was made it look like a boy. It has the ball of the foot looking like scrotum, and the big toe being the penis. I'm not saying it is a girl by any means. But...mistakes can happen on ultrasound. It sure looks convincing for a boy, but so did the one with the foot I scanned. And I realized that is was the foot before I was done the scan (and before mom knew what it was as well--my theory is you must see gender 3 times clearly before I put it in the report). I sure hope it is a girl. I know at my 13wks scan with the twins, my tech thought boy for my Baby A. And she was all girl. Fingers are crossed you get an answer.

I really hope it was a tech error. When will you be talking to the doctor? I hope you check in soon and give us an update.

Waiting for your update.. Where did you cycle at?

I talked to RE today, double checked with the lab and the "right" embryo was transferred and the right ones were frozen. So I guess he was indicating that it was mislabeled "normal female" if there has been a mistake not that they picked up the wrong embryo.The Dr. they wanted me to see today was out of the office so I have a scan set-up with a high-risk OB that spealizes in OB ultrasounds.I'm beyond words right now, I'm crushed. I feel like my world has been turned upside down and if they tell me "boy" tomorrow then I have no clue when I'll feel ok again which is a scary place to be. I just feel like my heart is broken. I'll update when I know more but thanks for encouragement and hopefully we'll hear better news tomorrow. 

GL for tomorrow dear! Did you cycle at VA? I can truly understand your pain. We wanted a girl as well and got pregnant with FET#2. Will be finding out the sex in 10 weeks. I am so scared now hearing your story and TMTT's. I really pray the u/s was wrong and you both get your girls.

 Ok this will be shorter this time since the monkeys stold my thought out long post.

1st, dont lose hope bc both my DD ultrasounds had the same 3 lines and I can see how this could still be a girl.

 2nd, i met with my PGD doctor yesterday and he told me that out of the 90 PGD cases they have done in the last few years that 2 of the 90 turned out wrong. This is because not every cell in some people are the same. For example, 1 of those 2 cases the embryo came back normal for downs and after transfer they found out the baby had downs (not every cell in some rare cases shows the downs and the 1 cell they happen to test and even re-tested later on didnt have the downs) The 2nd case was a gender opposite and he said that its very, vary rare but the one cell they chose to test came back girl and even though any other cell they may have chosen could or may have shown boy that in some rare cases this can happen).  I hope that makes sense, but I guess thats why they say PGD is 99.9% accurate.

I can't imagine what you are going through...I anxiously await your scan update tomorrow. They have alot of explaning to do if they messed up...
