DIET - Breakfast - Cerals daily with milk, porridge/oatmeal, weetabix, shreddies, muesli, mix of nuts, apricots, figs or sultanas. LUNCH - Potatoes, cheese, tomatoes, cold meats, tinned soups, cheese or ham slads covered in salt and acv, nuts, dried fruit, fresh fruit, left over dinners. A favourite was fried potatoes, chicken, onions, tomatoes with grated cheese, delicious!! DINNERS - Meat and veg dinners, caseroles, big healthy salads with cheese, ham or chicken again with a salt and acv dressing.
