Please help me guess for my ultrasound

Had my NT scan last month...and will be having an U/S end of this month. The tech did not tell me anything and she is going to do it thsi month end too. SO I do not have high hopes...Can someone please help calm my nerves by guessing Stick out tongue . Anterior placenta and heart beat at 163 are two things I came to know.
